Preventing Workplace Harassment

Workplace Harassment is a serious matter that both managers and their employees have the responsibility to prevent.  Recent Supreme Court decisions have lead to requirements for employers to distribute a anti-harassment policy, AND, provide training to each employee on how to prevent sexual and other forms of workplace harassment. 

CSO's Preventing Workplace Harassment Series provides employees and managers with advice on how to handle these issues.  This topic includes programs (both videos & tests) for managers and non-managers.  All CSO programs are offered in Spanish and are available in up to 8 languages (custom).
